Prior to his career as a full-time freelancer, Brad held key positions as both a graphic designer and an art director. He spent several years in the sports apparel and marketing industry designing graphics for all the major professional sports, colleges, and the U.S. Olympics Team. As the art director of Reebok's apparel division, he was responsible for managing and directing a staff of 10 designers who produced graphics for merchandising and promoting Reebok's footwear product line.

Most recently, Brad was the art director and lead designer for a Boston-based urban planning and communications firm whose major clients were the U.S. Department of Transportation and NASA. This work involved developing and producing communication materials and solutions including print, exhibit, and web design for these government agencies.
